In the meantime, we are asking customers to use our backup solution from Smarters.
- From Downloader app, use short code 78522 to download and install the latest Smarters app
- Once the Smarters app is installed, open it and enter the information as follows:
Any name: SimpliTV
Username: (use the username provided to you)
Password: (use the password provided to you)
Portal URL: http://simplitv.cloud - The operation of the Smarters app is similar to SimpliTV Media Player v1 app
