  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

  • Website refers to SimpliTV – Top OTT Media Management Platform allowing you to access TV channels and digital media, accessible from https://simplitv.net.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of the SimpliTV Service, a Media Management Platform that provides VPN and End User Gateway Access. SimpliTV does not host, store, or provide media content. All streams are sourced from third-party providers, and all content remains the property of its respective copyright owners.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the Company's Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by reliance on any such content, goods, or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, third-party streams, or any software or hardware used with the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid through the Service, or $100 USD if you have not purchased anything.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. SimpliTV makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

SimpliTV is a Media Management Platform and does not host any media content. All streams are provided by third-party sources, and content ownership remains with the respective copyright holders.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

EU consumers benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes, designated as supporting terrorism, or listed on any U.S. government prohibited parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be interpreted to achieve its objectives to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
